Why I Created This Program
I’m Sarah Mariano also known as @theStretchTherapist.
I've been where you are right now. I was a personal trainer, aka service provider, stuck in a rut.

I went from feeling stuck to feeling inspired and motivated by my clients transformations. So much so that I started documenting them on social media because I was so proud!
Lo and behold, more and more people found my service helped them, and I was able to charge more money for the work I was doing.
I went from charging $40 a session, to $250 an hour.
Since then, I was inspired to create a system that incorporated some of the key elements from a variety of philosophies that I have found effective for not only myself, but for my clients as well.
