Yes! We've moved to an online platform to support and encourage social distancing during this time.

STEP 1: Log into https://members.sarahmariano.com/login. The course will appear on the home screen when you log in!.

STEP 2: Watch the video & complete the assessment. You need a minimum grade of 70% to pass. If you fail, you can retake the test until you pass. Passing the test unlocks the instructional videos.

STEP 3: Watch the instructional videos and practice each stretch at your pace with a client of your choice.

STEP 4: Complete 5 hours of case studies with client(s). All 5 hours can be with the same client/person. (5 hours of case study is equivalent to 5 x 1 hour stretch sessions).

STEP 5: Record your case study notes on the downloadable templates located on your online course. You will need this on your assessment day.

STEP 6: Book your virtual assessment day by clicking here. You will need to provide a client.

 *Regardless of when you registered, all assessments must be completed by November 20, 2020.

Yes! Upon completion of the online course requirements, and virtual assessment, you will be certified.

You will also receive canfitpro CECs!

A downloadable template is provided in the last section of the Performance Stretch System videos.

• The course starts with an intro from Chiropractor Dr. Pabon. She explains the concepts used in the Performance Stretch System.
• From there, you will need to complete the test. This will unlock the Performance Stretch System videos that will teach you the stretches.
• There is also a downloadable manual provided for your use.
• The 5 hours of case study you are required to complete will help you to refine your skills!

For the online test, you will need to come prepared with:

• 5 hours of case study using the Performance Stretch System;
• A client to stretch;
• Laptop, computer with camera, or phone so we can see you!

The assessment will be 30 minutes in length. During the first 10 minutes, you will need to present your case studies. The remaining time will be used for the practical assessment.

Instructions & a private link will be sent to you upon booking your test.

All those completing the online course will be given the opportunity to attend an in-person course in the future, at no additional charge!

Once in-person course dates are available, you will be notified to gain priority registration before the general public.
